What is it?
Talent is the most important resource in organizations. The objective of our HR Shared Services Program is to support companies to develop, install and implement the main the key processes in the area of Human Resources.
After deep understanding of the organization´s needs, our team will identify the key Organizational Development Processes that are required to ensure the effectiveness of the organization in terms of talent. We manage three models: 1. Consulting and Mentoring 2. Implementation and 3. Process Operation through an in-plant. One of our experts will train and develop the partners appointed to carry out the role within the organization.
Model 1. Consulting and Mentoring
Consulting and mentoring activities for the implementation of the Organizational Development Processes for organizations that have an HR Manager and a team in the Organizational Development area. Our Specialist Consultants guide and support the Manager to manage the Processes effectively.
Model 2. Implementation
Design and training in the implementation of Organizational Development Processes for organizations that have an HR coordinator responsible for transactional responsibilities in the area. Our specialist consultants guide, support and train the coordinator to run the Processes effectively.
Model 3. Process Operation through an in-plant
Design and implementation activities of Organizational Development Processes for organizations that do not have HR staff. One of our specialist consultants will be incorporated as an in-plant in the organization and will run the required Organizational Development processes.
